Autumn 2006: Haarlem Grand Hotel Frans Hals

In October 2006 the opening of Grand Hotel Frans Hals is foreseen. Situated in the very citycentrum of Haarlem.
There will be 83 rooms in total, of which some luxury suites, a meeting room, a bar and a restaurant.

Frans Hals is named after a famous Dutch painter and will be operated under the Best Western label.

The Dutch Amrâth Hotels and Restaurants Group of companies who commissioned the hotel shows a remarkable piece of public relations on its website already:There are opening specials and a webcam showing the progress of the building and Google adwords are already working.

Soon: Maastricht, Kind of Blue

Soon to be opened: this small new Hotel Kind of Blue in Maastricht. According to its website “To B” or “2be” means “B&B” (two b’s), nicely found.

New: Three Suites Hotel in Antwerp

After beautifully decorating Hotels as The Tuilerieen in Brugge, Recourt in Poperinge and The Orangerie in Brugge, all in Belgium , Pieter Porters opens in February, 2006 his own Three Suites Hotel in Antwerp in his interior design shop, under the name of House of Porters.

As Pieter is not very interested in Internet the website is not ready yet, but between 2nd december en 18nd December, 2005 clients and relations of Pieter can have a preview.

Art Hotel Rotterdam

In May 2005 The Art Hotel Rotterdam is anticipated to open. It will also provide apartments as temporary housing for expats.
